Minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday May 13th 2019
The meeting was called to order at approx. 8:08 p.m. - on-line Moderator/Chair. –  President Dave Gilmour

Attendance: (10 members) Mary Curl, Dave & Patti Gilmour, Cindy Thomas, Marta Nettelfield, Shirley Bell, Doris Avery, Keith Lawson, Tammy Ranta, Kirstan Sonnenberg
Reminder: A quick reminder that there is a prize at the end of the year for everyone that has attended a meeting, served on the exec or a committee. You get one entry for every meeting attended, committee served on or exec position. They go into a hat at the end of the year and a name is drawn.

Awards Committee: Mary, Shirley, Marta, Cindy

• Mary: Title holder & Awards Certificates have been mailed out – plaques etc are being made and will be mailed when done.

Special Service Award Committee: Debbie Allardyce - not in attendance (sent report) -

• From Debbie: A member has been nominated and will be announced at the annual General Meeting

Fund Raising Committee:  Patti –

• Patti: No Report

Nominations Committee: Doris, Francine, Karen

• Mary: We are still looking for a corresponding secretary if someone would like the job, or know of a member they think would like to help out
• Corresponding Secretary to take over come September:
• The duties of the Corresponding Secretary shall be to handle all day-to-day correspondence of The Club and to assist the Recording Secretary as necessary.  
• Any complaints alleging improper conduct on the part of any member shall be passed to the Chair of the Discipline Committee for the required action. The complaint will not be discussed or made public until such time as the Discipline Committee has completed its inquiry into the matter

• Cindy: I have nothing to report.
