Minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday January 6th, 2020
The meeting was called to order at approx. 8:10 p.m. - on-line Moderator/Chair. – President David Gilmour
Attendance: (11 members) Brian Murphy, Cindy Thomas, Dave & Patti Gilmour, Doris Avery, Jane Holicka, Kim Long, Lillian Wainwright, Mary Davidson Curl, Michael Hockley, Tammy Ranta
Reminder: A quick reminder that there is a prize at the end of the year for everyone that has attended a meeting, served on the exec or a committee. You get one entry for every meeting attended, committee served on or exec position. They go into a hat at the end of the year and a name is drawn.

Minutes: 
                Dave: I don't know what everyone else's thought are but we don't have that many  people on line and we don't have much in the way of business to conduct so I suggest we just let Mary do a short minutes posting with a membership renewal reminder and the financials

Treasurer’s Report – Kim Long:

• Debit - Service Charge - $19.00, Paper Statement - $2.00, Pay Pal fees - $7.18
• Credit – New Membership application - $45.00, Membership - $875.00, Pay Pal membership payments - $185.00, Trophy Donations - $115.00, Annual Trophy - $40.00
• December 31,2019 = Balance - $7040.75

• Mary: The 2019 Attendance grid is up to date in Google Docs so the draw can be done
