Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Saturday June 7th, 2010

The meeting was called to order at approx. 3:14  p.m. - on-line moderator. – President – Jenny Catton

Guests: Dianna Zorich, Paul Madeiros, Jarrett MacKay

Minutes: Jenny  asked if there were any issues with the minutes of the June 09 AGM.   None noted.

Paul Dulong moved the 2009 minutes be accepted.  Seconded by medley Small

Business Arising From the Minutes - None

Treasurer’s Report

• Statement attached from auditor Ralph Weston – Net loss of $189.57
• Paul moved his report seconded by Bill Langely - Report accepted

REGIONAL DIRECTOR'S YEAREND REPORTS

• None submitted

Dues for 2010

• Jenny reported we will keep the dues the same - $30 single & $35 family

Discussion:

·         Kristi suggested that the criteria for annual Awards be looked at

o    Jenny: club should look at criteria - decide what we want in the specified criteria then go back to the donor & ask them if they agree to this & if they want to continue donating that award & any in put that they have.

o    Lillian: The problem is multiple owners/breeders

o    Jenny: that is what we are trying to address.

o    Jenny: a committee is to be struck to address this problem.  Medley & Kristi have expressed an interest in being on this committee. The Final decision will remain with the owner /donator of the trophy
