The meeting was called to order at approx. 8:05 p.m. - on-line Moderator/Chair. – President: Dave Gilmour

Treasurer’s Report - Paul Dulong
- Treasurer's Report at Nov 30'11 - Receipts: Membership 1265.81, Trophy Donations 197.32, Interest 1.41 ........ Disbursements: Booster (50.00), Postage & Supplies (128.38), Bank Fees 9.24, Donations (50.00).......
- Special Note: Membership Renewal for 2012 are slowly coming in with only 58 of 125 households having paid. Your Renewal fee is now due. Please refer to the website for your renewal form. Membership fees and payment options remain the same as 2011..

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Show Committee
- From Mary C: Preparations are ongoing for the 2012 ON Regional in conjunction with the Oakville kennel Club show. We have released Boxers for the June date so that Erie Shores can have them at their show.

- . I sent program out to members on the voting of / for directors -- think lot of questions should be asked
Membership: Patti Gilmour
- Tara Burt and Ed Wadman are now probationary club members. Their membership application was announced last month and their sponsors have been contacted.
- Andrea Calverley and Debbie & Steve Rollaston have completed their probationary status as of this month. If there are no objections, they will become an ordinary BCC members in January.
- Patti moved her report, report accepted.
Discipline Committee: Frank Rouse - No Report
Obedience Committee: Marta Nettelfield
- The BCC had it's second Sanction Match at the Red Deer show. There were 6 entries, 2 in Novice, 2 in Advanced and 2 in Excellent. This fulfills our requirement with the CKC and we are now eligilble to hold official Rally Obedience Trials. many thanks to Cindy Thomas and all her volunteers for a job well done.

- Cindy: Wanted to add that the BCC had it's first licensed obedience trial in Alberta and it went very well!
- Marta: Great job to everyone who has worked so hard to get us licensed in these events!

- Received approval for a Specialty in Que in May 2012
- From Mary: Betty Rouse has advised us that Shirley and Ben deBoer have moved to B.C. Their new address is Carrington Place, 4751 23 St., Vernon B.C., V1T 9J4. Maybe people could send them a card as they may be lonely.
Old Business:
- Mary: By-Law revisions
- So far 48 votes (46 online & 2 by regular mail) are in out of more than 170. The By-Law revisions have been finalized and are up for on-line voting.
- Any who cannot manage the on-line voting and are not a regular mail member may contact me at mary.curl@sypatico.ca and I will send you a paper copy -

New Business:
- A petition opposing present draft on medically unnecessary Veterinary Surgeries in Ontario. Please go and sign. at http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/opposing-current-MUVS-draft/
- Dave: Is this for anybody or just Ontario residents?
- Mary: I don't know if outside Ontario submissions will hold a lot of weight but they need 500 signatures to submit so why not
- Cindy: I think Saskatchewan voted to no cropping but docking is still allowed.
- Dave: I would like to announce the appointment Of Debbie Allardyce as club liaison with the new CKC Breeders Relations Committee
