Minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday December 2, 2013
The meeting was called to order at approx. 8:01 p.m. - on-line Moderator/Chair. – Vice President: Christine Burton

Treasurer’s Report - Paul Dulong (Mary reported for Paul)
- Full Treasurers report is up on the site.
- Treasurer's Report at Nov 30'13 - Receipts: Ppd Membership 440.00… Ppd Trophy Donations 65.00... Card Draw 875.00... Interest 1.63 Disbursements: CKC Fees (78.75)... Bank Fees 22.63......... Closing Balance 9,570.99
- 2014 Membership Renewal Program - We have 120 non Life members made up of 35 family and 50 singles. Todate, we have received 13 family & 18 single membership payment. Only 22 Family & 32 Singles to go!
- Any 2014 renewal monies not in the bank at Dec 31st will be subject to a late fee of $15.00. Interact Transfers and PayPal received through Dec 31st will be considered monies in the bank.

Show Committee
- Mary: Plans for the Ontario BCC Regional are coming along

- Ernest Friesen is now a probationary member. No other news to report other than to encourage folks to renew their memberships by the end of the year.
Discipline Committee: Frank Rouse (Not in attendance) - No Report
Obedience Committee: Marta Nettelfield
Special Service Award: Debbie (not in attendance)
Fund Raising Committee:
- Mike: All 52 cards for the weathervane were sold. The draw was made by the Postmaster here in Oakville
- The winner was he 3 of clubs - Barb MacLean
- Christine: Congratulations Barb. Thank you Mike for suggesting this great fundraiser
- Mike: The proceeds will be split - 50 per cent for the BCI Fundraising and the remaining 50 per cent will go one half to Boxer Rescue Canada and Boxer Rescue Ontario. That would put about 300.00 to the BCCI
- Anne: how much did we make?
- Mike: We won't know how much we made until all the bills come in - should be about 600.00 though
- Christine: Mike have you notified Barb?
- Mike: No I haven't but I will
- Christine: I think you should as she will confirm the weather vane dog that she would like and could confirm shipping address

Old Business:
- Cindy: The two Regional applications that were read at the last meeting.
- Mary: As no other applications from the same areas were received those apps would be approved
- Boxer Club of Central Ontario to hold a BCC Regional on August 9, 2014, in conjunction with the Killbride & District Kennel Club Shows in Milton, Ontario.
- Bev Pope for the Manitoba Boxer Club to hold a BCC Regional on August 16, 2014, in conjunction with the Manitoba Canine Association Shows in East St. Paul, Manitoba.
- Cindy: I will send a letter out to both.
