Trophy Committee Report revisited:

  • Norah asked: Were all the LOM and plaques received by members?
  • Linda Norris noted the she has not received her LOM plaque
  • Jenney reported: All plaques should have been received by now. If there is a question about a specific one please email me directly at cattonj@cogeco.ca and I'll check into it and respond. RE: LOM - we are working with a couple of suppliers to get a very nice plaque that is within the Club's budget and is also special for this great achievement
  • Patti asked: What is the process for ordering duplicate plaques?
  • Jenny Catton: With respect to ordering duplicate plaques please email me - cattonj@cogeco.ca – with the Dog/Bitches name, full details of who it is for. Would you also cc Mary Curl in this as I will confirm with her the stats for the dog/bitch and ensure that everything is OK.
  • Patti: Once that is done, how long will it take?
  • From Bernice who cannot send on this forum at the present time: Here is the information, dupe plaque orders were given to me at the show by Dave Gilmour and a chap that wanted a dupe for Josie O'Reilly. I ordered them right away. In the end I sent the info again to Mike and all the details. That is the plaques they are looking for.
  • Norah noted that this seems to be an ongoing problem that needs to be resolved.
  • Jenny: The LOM are in the process of being done - if this is what Norah is referring to then she will be extremely happy with the finished product.
  • Linda Norris: The LOM plaques, do they include the ones from the beginning. I have been waiting almost 5 years for one.
  • Mary Curl:  The LOM plaques were on hold until this year I believe.

Mary asked if there was any more new business no one responded.
