Minutes: Jenny asked if there
were any issues with the minutes of the June 09 AGM. None noted.
Justin Burton moved the 2010 minutes be
accepted. Seconded by Dave Gilmour.
Minutes adopted.
Business Arising From the Minutes - business arising
from min - criteria for annual awards - will be brought up at a later time as
neither Medley or Kristi are here at present to update us.

most members receive minutes online which saves money and with the financial
situation all over we keep the dues the same.

approved for the Nov. at United kennel Club.

From Christine: . Christine brought up that we have a confidential online voting - where we
can have our own personal password as cost are prohibitive sending out by
regular mail.
o Discussion:
o Jenny: Constitution-wise we need to ensure that the section allows for
online voting as opposed having to be mailed but. if not this is a change &
must be dealt with as an amendment to the constitution.
o This option will be explored

Anne Has announced that this is the last
year that she will be show chair. We thank Anne for 5 years of dedication and
putting her show career on hold at our specialty for this time
o Anyone interested in being show chair please notify the executive
